I chose Scott's Roofing even though it wasn't the lowest estimate (it also wasn't the highest) because of the thoroughness of Scott's discussion with me about the installation process for the new metal roof and the fact that he talked me out of buying new gutters saying mine were fine, I just needed them cleaned out. We love the new roof and the gutters are working perfectly! The only criticism I have is that there are now small pieces of debris from the old roof in my flowerbed. I probably should have covered it before they started but I thought the workers would do that.
